Topher Field is a Melbourne based film maker who recognised the inconsistencies of the Murray Darling Basin Plan when it was first drafted in 2011.

Topher has simply and clearly highlighted the flaws and adverse impacts of the Basin Plan in a series of short documentaries, which will quickly bring you up to speed on the situation.
